Palmer & Co took full end-to-end project management, scaling up the on-site workforce to protect the deadline, and manufacturing custom sales counters to SANS regulations and engineers' specifications.

A brand-new 400sqm UNIQ store fit-out inside Groot Phesantekraal View Shopping Centre, Cape Town, built to Checkers' brand specification on a tight schedule. Palmer & Co project-managed the full scope end-to-end — HVAC, fire protection, electrical, shopfitting installation, signage and security — coordinating directly with the landlord and contractors to keep the build on track.

Result: Delivered on time and within budget, with a fully trade-ready store.
